ACF WACF Philadelphia is the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Culinary Federation. We are very active in Philadelphia and the five counties that surround it. We have over 200 chefs, Sous chefs, cooks and apprentices as members.
A Better Chance With a heart for kids and a penchant for education it was a simple decision for Keith Taylor to focus much of his charitable efforts to Radnor A Better Chance. For over thirty years The Radnor chapter of the national "A Better Chance" organization has provided leadership, direction, housing and most important access to one of the best school districts in the area. The Radnor ABC House is a continuing format where good students from less fortunate districts get the tools and support to make their high school and college dreams a reality. Keith Taylor was elected a member of the Radnor ABC Board of Directors in 2008
and proudly serves in that capacity today.
 
This non-profit which operates with the strength of public, private and corporate donations receives no assistance from the government and annually bears the task of fundraising for the great students who participate and join our community every year..........

Chef Taylor has taken the helm at Holy Smoke (formerly Chuck U. Farley's).
Look for some neat new additions with his touch in the kitchen and guest services soon.
